Domus Group
The formation of the Group represents the natural evolution of the long-standing and expanded business activities of BNK S.A., Blue Domus Development, Green Domus Development, and Balkan Domus, further strengthened by the initiative of Mr. Malovrouvas, founder and principal shareholder, to reinforce the core corporate leadership team with Mr. Eduardos K. Sarantopoulos, Civil Engineer (NTUA), and Mr. Panagiotis P. Pavlidis, Civil Engineer (NTUA) – MBA, Imperial College.
BNK S.A., established in 2011, emerged as the continuation of the technical construction company LMN S.A., following its merger with the ELLAKTOR Group through the construction company PANTECHNIKI S.A., as decided by its shareholders.
Guided by core principles of quality, reliability, transparency, and technical excellence, the Group responds effectively to modern market demands, delivering projects that fully comply with design, functional, and aesthetic specifications.
